With over a decade in the care sector, Adele has risen from care assistant to Home Manager, before pursuing a regulatory career with CQC. Her personal experience with dementia fuels her passion for dementia care, end-of-life care, and workforce wellbeing. She is dedicated to creating a unique resident experience and challenging care norms with her team.
Rachel French
York Manor Care Home Manager
Rachel started her career in Health and Social Care in 2009 as a care assistant. She found her passion in complex dementia care and became a registered manager in 2017. Rachel prioritises residents' best interests and is dedicated to creating a happy environment for both residents and staff.
